New Delhi, Nov 1: Governor Hans Raj Bhardwaj, who is in Delhi on an official visit, has greeted the people of the state on the occasion of the state’s Rajyotsava Day.
The governor offered puja to goddess Bhuvaneshwari at the Karnataka Bhavan in New Delhi on Monday.
The state’s additional special representative in Delhi Baikere Nagesh as well as former minister and Congress leader Roshan Baig were also present along with the state’s in-charge resident commissioner Zameer and deputy resident commissioner S S Sait and other senior officials and their family members.
The governor, in his message to the people, expressed happiness that the Kannada Rajyotsava was being celebrated at the Karnataka Bhavan in the nation’s capital every year.
