Mangalore: Mother Teresa Church, Paldane Celebrates World Elders' Day

Mangalore, Nov 1: Elders' day was celebrated at Mother Teresa Church, Paldane, here on Monday Nov 1.



 

Fr G W Vaz and Fr Alwyn Serrao performed the holy mass. The resource person John D’souza expressed his opinion on the occasion.
 
Elders happily joined the day's celebrations and shared their precious memories. William Fernandez, vice-president of the church and Anil Montero, secretary were present.

As many as 100 senior citizens took part in the celebration.The programme concluded with a sumptuous lunch.

    Nice to see all our elderly people together, Thanks to Fr. Vaz and parishaners for their love towards Senior Citizens. Mother Teresa intercede for us and let everyone learn to respect our elders.
