Beltangady: Two Dead, Three Critically Injured in Accident

Beltangady, Dec 25: Two people died and three others sustained serious when the jeep they were travelling in crashed into a tree on Didupe Mundaje road on Friday December 24 evening.

The driver of the jeep lost control while negotiating a turn near Karnapa Joduneralu and hit hard against a cashew nut tree. Leeladhar (19), son of Giriya Poojary of Nadthikallu Kolli and Rumeza (18), wife of Usman of Kukkav Chennigudde in Somanthadka are the deceased.
 
Driver of the jeep Narayan, Mohammed, Riyaz (14) sustained serious injuries. They have been admitted to a hospital in Mangalore.
