Good work .. I did not understand the meaning of dark spots though. I am assuming these are accident prone areas ..or unmarked zebra crossings and Road humps without signs .etc .. Paintings on pavements and road dividers for night visibility etc ... Anyways good job ..Please book the concerned authorities for negligence wherever applicable.put them behind bars for dereliction of duty if found erring. Please also check and provide solutions for any technical and genuine problems if any ..
