Break failure is an excuse. There are too many unsolicited cars on too little roads for plying. Road rage is the Mantra of the young hearts.

The matter should not stop at claiming insurance and repairing the damaged vehicle and RTO penalizing the faulty. Mahindra & Mahindra should investigate into the cause of break failure and if a manufacturing defect, must recall the batch for fixing it. That will restore the faith in the Champion brand and the company.
