Mangaluru, Dec 4: St Agnes School CBSE is proud to announce the winner in Roller Skating Championship. Krithi of grade II who has won numerous awards in skating and has brought accolades to school with her sheer determination, and unwavering effort to emerge as a winner.

She had participated in CBSE National Level Roller Skating Championship which was held from November 24-26 in Gurgaon, Haryana. She had participated in 300 mts and 100 mts suad roller skating and secured the silver medal and bronze medals.

She has received various awards by being the state champion over a year in Open District Skate City and won 2 gold medals. 3 gold medals in district selection trials at Skate City Mangaluru. She has won bronze medal in 38th selection trial. At the 39th state level selection trial, she had won 1 gold and 1 silver consequently and got qualified for CBSE South Zone II and bagged 2 gold medals held in Kalaburagi and later qualified for national levels.

She will also be participating in the 61st National Roller-Skating Championship which will be held in Chennai from December 15-22.

She is the daughter of Sudeep S Aithal and Deepthi Shree S Aithal. She is trained under 2 spectacular coaches Mahesh Kumar and Shravan Mahesh.

The school congratulated Adwika K P of grade VI for her exuberant performance in CBSE Cluster VIII Athletics Meet 2023-24 held in Davangere from October 25-28 and has brought laurels to school by winning 3rd place in 100mts race under 14 years category. 

The management, principal, staff and students congratulated Krithi and Adwika for their great achievement and wished good luck for their future endeavours. Their parents and coaches were congratulated for their untiring efforts to support them in their success of every event.
