Hats off to Konkan Taram. John, as Writer, actor, director, singer and organiser worked last 20 years for Konkan Taram and all presidents and committee members supported. All have their contribution but it is the leadership that counts. Best of luck for your CD.

KONKAN TARAM is one of the oldest but youngest association in mumbai
promoting and keeping konkani language alive.I think this could be because of the hardwork of 2 names since the foundation of association,i.e. Flora and John M.
    Keep going...all the best.

Hearty Congratulations to All Konkan Taram Members for the Long Marathon.
20 Long Years of Commitment towards of our Art, Culture, Language and Religion.
Though I was the Founder member & 5th Year President, KT has been a great intuition , which has helped me groom myself in my professional life also.
There was great learning from the greats like John Mascarenhas, Flora D’Souza , Wilson Pinto, Fr. Helard Tauro/ Fr. Paul Rego, which has immensely helped me to organize/participate in few Konkani Programs with the help of my wife Sunita whenever I moved to places like Nallasopara /IC Church.
But what was Most important is to keep the Flame Burning for 20 years ! with same dedication and one person who has made this possible is FLORA D’SOUZA without her continuity KT would not be Where it is Today ! well supported by the Present President George Furtado. When no oldies were around. You have kept the KT Flag waving !

    Great Going John/Flora/George !!!

    Cheers to all Members !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
