Mar 7: A warm farewell was organized for the retired and retiring senior lecturers and others who have served St Aloysius College institutions for more than 30 years.

Fr Eugene Lobo, Prof Eric Patrao, Francis Crasta, Aloysius Rodriguez, Prof K B Janardhana,  J W F Saldhanha,  Frank Sequeira, and  Alwyn D’Souza were the dignitaries felicitated at the occasion which was held on March 6 in the college auditorium.

Fr Francis Serrao, Rector of Aloysius Institutions, Fr. Prashanth Madtha, secretary of MJES, Fr Peter Pinto, treasurer, Fr Vincent Pinto and Fr Denzil Lobo also graced the occasion. The lecturers and staff of the Aloysius institutions were also present.

Fr  Vincent Pinto, the principal of St Aloysius Evening College gave the welcome speech.

Fr Denzil Lobo gave the felicitation speech and gave interesting anecdotes about the retiring dignitaries.  Fr Francis Serrao presented the mementos to the retiring personalities.
