Mangaluru, Nov 10: Bharatiya Janata Party's SC Morcha of Dakshina Kannada will hold 'Scheduled Caste Convention' on November 13 at Ambedkar Bhavan Urwa Store here, informed spokesperson of BJP Jagadish Shenava.
He was addressing a press meet at Atal Seva Kendra, near Kalakunja, Kodialbail.
He said, “The programme will begin at 9.30 am. BJP state president Nalin Kumar Kateel will inaugurate the programme. President of BJP SC Morcha Vinayanetra Daddalkad will preside. National general secretary CT Ravi will be present.”
The president of BJP SC Morcha Vinayanetra Daddalkad said that achievers from 13 different sects of the community will be honoured on the day. “There will be a book release, Ambedkar award presentation and achievers will be felicitated during the event,” he said.
Mangala Achar, Dinkar Babu, Manoj Kumar and Dinesh Amtoor were present.
