First of all mobile shouldnt be given to children below 10 years. There are enough games and plays to small children.Their mind is not so much developed to think and act what is what.First of all parents also shouldnt first give mobile so that they eat from childhood. Many are doing I saw it .Many do it so that they dont cry.Mobiles have become a curse to children as well as adults. One should know how to go without hurting .Of course it is useful .Sad this small boy ending life.Hard to believe.May his soul rest in peace.Heart felt sympathy to Parents.
