Bantwal, Jan 6: Two people were injured in an accident involving an auto rickshaw and a car at Neerakani, Vittal-Seraje road.

The injured are identified as auto rickshaw driver Robert Lobo and his daughter.

Both the vehicles were damaged in the impact. The injured were admitted to the local hospital.

A case in this connection is registered at Vitla police station.
