Seven-year old boy meets watery grave in Byndoor

Byndoor, Jan 11: A seven-year-old boy fell into a water pond and died at Maddodi, Yadthare village here.

The deceased is Anil, son of local resident Suresh Bahudoru.

Suresh’s wife had gone to the Maddodi lake to wash clothes on Tuesday evening and Anil had been with his mother. She had sent her son back home. However, Anil went playing and fell in a pond a little away from the lake and died due to drowning.

A case in this connection is registered at Byndoor police station.
