Udupi, Mar 16: Well-wishers of Krishnamurthy Acharya, president of campaigning committee of Congress for the Udupi legislative constituency offered a special pooja on Thursday March 16.
They offered pooja at Raghavendra Swami Math of the city seeking divine intervention for Acharya to get Congress legislative assembly ticket.
Congress leaders Jaya Shetty Bannanje, Ganesh Raj Saralebettu led the pooja in which many auto rickshaw drivers and well-wishers of Krishnamurthy Acharya took part.
