Kasargod: Hunting operation by wildlife warden team at Enmakaje GP begins

Kasaragod, March 16: Enmakaje grama panchayat president Somashekar J S has directed the team of wildlife wardens under wildlife protection section 5 (2) to hunt wild boars by approved shooters to end the menace.

The team consists of five shooters, a hunting dog and ten assistants.

The team will work during the day and night. Local people should cooperate, said Somashekar J S.

    Why hunt wild boars?I think it can be good for leopards ?otherwise leopards may come in the human living area.
