Allahabad Bank to Hike Base Rate, BPLR by 25 bps


Kolkata, Jul 13 (IANS): Public sector Allahabad Bank will raise its Base Rate and Benchmark Prime Lending Rate (BPLR) by 25 basis points (bps) from July 15.

The Kolkata-headquartered bank has informed the National Stock Exchange (NSE) that it has decided to raise its Base Rate from 10 percent to 10.25 percent and the BPLR from 14.25 percent to 14.50 percent.
