Thiruvananthapuram, Jul 22:  The Income Tax department has been conducting raids on south Indian actors Mohanlal and Mamootty's offices and homes across Kochi, Bangalore and Chennai.

Sources say that the raids are being conducted in order to check the possible tax invasion by the stars.

Seven different teams of the Income Tax department have been set up to conduct the inspection.
