Udupi, July 27: “It is not right to politicise the video shoot incident captured on mobile phone in a washroom of a college. I believe that the police authorities will look into the issues according to law,” said Ramesh Kanchan, president of Udupi block Congress.

Speaking to media persons on the issue, Ramesh Kanchan said, “the issue of video shoot captured on mobile phone in the washroom has been a raging issue in Udupi for the last one week and it is not right to politicise the issue. The issue will be looked by police department according to law. It is not right to bring politics into the issue without knowing the truth. It is not right to rake up the communal angle to the incident and divide the students because Udupi is always a peaceful town. The police department is competent and will give
justice to the issue.”
