Mangaluru, Jul 28: Dharma Jyothi Charitable Society through the support of Arise Foundation, 25 self-help group women availed revolving fund of Rs 1,25,000 to begin with various self employment projects on July 28.
Sr Joel Lasrado, the co-ordinator of Dharma Jyothi Social Centre delivered an awareness talk on anti-human trafficking and thereafter distributed the cheque of Rs 5,000 each and wished them well. All the women were happy to begin self employment and thus become self reliant.
Asha welcomed the gathering, Renita Lewis compered the programme and Nebesa proposed the vote of thanks.
