Kundapura, Aug 1: MP B Y Raghavendra called on union minister of communications, electronics, information technology and railways Ashwini Vaishnaw on Tuesday, August 1.

The MP urged the minister to approve a BSNL tower at Byndoor Vidhana Sabha limits of Shivamogga Lok Sabha constituency. He also requested for more trains to stop at Byndoor, Shirur, Bijoor and Senapur stations for the benefit of passengers.



The union minister responded positively to the MP's request and assured of suitable action, it is learnt.
