Bantwal, August 1: Miscreants  allegedly opened a fake Facebook account in the name of RSS leader Kalladka Dr Prabhakar Bhat and published objectionable content in it with the intention of trying to spread unrest in the society. A complaint to this effect was filed with the Mangaluru Cyber crime police station urging the police to find the culprits and take legal action against them.

Kalladka Dr Prabhakar Bhat is the founder of Srirama Vidyakendra and president of Puttur Vivekananda Vidyavardhaka Sangha.

“Kalladka Dr Prabhakar Bhat has neither a facebook account nor any other accounts in the social media. There are attempts to spoil harmony in the society and malign his name through this fake Facebook account. Police should conduct suitable investigations, take legal action against the concerned miscreants and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future,” the police complaint said.
