Kasargod, Aug 11: On the occasion of feast St Joachim and St Ann, ICYM Ukkinadka unit celebrated the Grandparents Day. ICYM announced 'Aab Ani Mai sangi selfie style' competition for grandchildren with their grandparents.

The last date to submit the selfie with appropriate caption along with it was on July 25. The results were announced on August 6 based on creativity, appropriate caption and originality. The total participants were 33.

The first prize was obtained by Riya D’Souza and second prize was obtained by Lizwin Maria Pinto and Jezel Monteiro. Third prize was obtained by Annshia D’Souza and Anvy Aleta Crasta.

The prizes were distributed by our vice president of our parish and secretary. All the participants were given the token of appreciation. The committee members involved in it were Wilston D'Souza, Ashwitha Monteiro, Amitha Jenisha D'Souza along with the ICYM director Fr Sunil Miranda, ICYM president Juvana Maria D'Souza and ICYM secretary Joysten Rajesh D'Souza.
