Udupi: Cong-backed members bag president, VP posts in Alevoor gram panchayat

Udupi, Aug 16: Congress supported members Yathish Kumar Alevoor and Amratha Poojary were elected as president and vice president of Alevoor gram panchayat.

The elections were held on August 16.

Vinay Kumar Sorake, Harish Kini, former president Pushpa Anchan, former vice president Sudhakar Poojary, Kishan Hegde Kolkebail, Dinesh Putran, Santhosh Kulal, Congress-supported gram panchayat members and others were present.
