Udupi, Aug 17: The CEN crime police arrested two people in different spots, who were smoking ganja in public place.

Anil, who was smoking ganja in Malpe beach and Hamz Sheikh, who was smoking ganja at public place of Bada village of Kaup, are the ones who were taken into custody by the police.

Manipal KMC forensic report confirmed consumption of ganja by the accused.
