Mumbai, Oct 13: Actress Shraddha Das, known for her roles in the hit series Khakee: The Bihar Chapter and The Bengal Chapter, is earning praise for her performance in the newly released OTT crime thriller Search: The Naina Murder Case. Speaking about her experience on the project, Shraddha described working alongside acclaimed actress Konkona Sen Sharma as nothing short of “magical” and “almost meditative.”

Reflecting on her time on set with the National Award-winning actress, Shraddha said, “I got to be a part of some crucial scenes with her, but honestly, I’m such a huge fan. For me, sharing the same frame as her felt magical.”

She went on to express how the experience enriched her craft. “When you're working with her, you can literally just keep watching and learning. When you look into her eyes and say your line, your reactions come out so naturally. It’s almost meditative to act beside her.”

Shraddha, who has long admired Konkona’s work, praised not just her talent but also her calming presence and secure personality on set. “She’s also a very secure person and a great actor. That makes a huge difference on set,” she noted.

The actress also shared a personal moment from their final day of shooting together: “I told her that first, beyond being a brilliant actor, I think she’s extremely beautiful. That’s just how I feel — she’s genuinely very pretty.”

Calling her role in the series “integral,” Shraddha expressed gratitude for being part of a project led by Konkona. Search: The Naina Murder Case, directed by Rohan Sippy and produced by Applause Entertainment, also stars Shiv Panditt, Dhruv Sehgal, and Surya Sharma. The show is now streaming exclusively on JioHotstar.
