nagalaxmi bhandary is no more with us:(
Its really very sad that an innocent girl had to loose her life for someone else mistake.
I have seen 2 big accidents in the same place near sahyadri college. Putting speed breakers there would certainly stop many accidents. But its not end to the problem.
People love to speed their vehicle and enjoy riding after drinking... What they forget is.. no matter if they can play with their life, they have no rights to play with others life.
"Better to arrive late than never...& Its better to loose 1 minute in life...than to loose life in a minute.."
    Drive carefully!!!

It is very important to realise the rules and regulations and make it a practice, its indeed sad for those 2 girls, anyway thank God both lifes saved. May the traffic rules be strict and levy heavy penalty on those who break them, no one has the right to harm other persons life.

The driver don't have proper training and its the situation where cleaner becomes driver..its the fact as we know how difficult to get the license in Gulf. Even if such accident takes place the driver or owner get out easily. If his license is confiscated he can apply for another license somewhere else.. Innocent people has to give away their life because of our so called democratic system.

It is very ridiculous to hear about people want speed breakers on the highway? Instead at the crucial junctions over brige on underpass would solve the problem. The flyovers constructed on NH66 are useless since they have failed to ease the traffic flow.In a country where deaths are statistics this kind of innocent blood does not matter.

The Mangalore city police, instead of concentrating on"DRUG ENFORCEMENT LAW"should first enforce law to control the"DEATH OF INNOCENT LIVES"WHICH THE reckless driver's are taking away each day.The public and people around the world are fed up reading of vehicular accidents and death,as the number of death happend in the near past is not acceptable by any member of the public.......

Fate is cannot be avoided!! but can be avoided in Man made consequences. The Indian Culture of building big institutions on Highways needs to revisited. Fast track roads should not be punctured directly for access. Thats why Highways always have a huge exit from each acess is granted. We do copy foreign devlopments with only the beneficial part and leave out the safety aspect to please individuals and Society. Why did the government sanction permission to Big institution like that on the Highway. Srinivas medical college spot , waiting for a accident to happen soon.

See the Flyovers they opened it but still Our people want two way acess on the previous ROad. ITs ourselves to blame. Strong determination on the district adminstration is missing. NH is DK is a joke. We Need Barricades all Over the road to prevent people from crossing except for marked junction with well displayed speed brakers and pedestrian crossing with Control buttons on demand. Simple IF you jump the redlight Just cancel his driving license.See the result. But Punjabi truckers and gas tanker drivers always carry 4-5 licenses , so nothing happens to them.Hope we can bring a change.

It is really shocking news. Here in this case according to me college management in no way can be squarely blamed.Yes indeed here RTO officials, owner of the VRL truck company and reckless driver for his negligence should be blamed and stringent/punitive action should be taken against those are involved. But who will ring the bell?question mark. Here we can write something but it is of no use.The above students had to face the consequences of their no fault.Oh God!!protect and save us from all these calamities and grant everyone good wisdom. Also wishing both the students who have sustained fatal injuries to recover fast and back to their normal life.God bless both of them.

Most of the VRL vehicles are driven very rashly. I was fortunate to escape from a serious accident near Kulur, when the vehicles come out from the godown, they do not care, and turn left or right rashly. I think there should be more corporate social responsibility, because right now, all they think is about delivering on time. Unfortunately they will deliver us to the next life before time.

All we have to blame management of college, they know students cross road always on the same spot still they didnt provided pedestrian subway or over bridge and atleast humps on the roads. And Students Who facing problems should not sit quite have to inform management if they are not listneing should take action.
