Mangaluru, Jul 15: Food enthusiasts can savour an extraordinary celebration of India's royal culinary heritage as The Ocean Pearl, Kodialbail, is hosting its Royal Biryani & Curry Festival at the Coral Restaurant, which began on July 10 and will continue until July 31.
The festival showcases an exclusive selection of authentic regional biryanis and traditional Indian curries, offering guests a unique gastronomic experience complemented by live singing performances in an elegant dining ambience.
































Among the signature highlights are Shahi Gosht Biryani, Sindhi Biryani, and Kashmiri Yakhni Biryani, each prepared using traditional recipes, fragrant spices, and premium ingredients that reflect the rich culinary traditions of their respective regions.
The specially curated curry menu features delicacies such as Kandhari Chooza, Sikandari Bater, and Sindhi Shiyal Gosht, presenting diners with authentic flavours inspired by India's royal kitchens.
To ensure a fresh culinary experience throughout the festival, the menu will be refreshed every four days, introducing new varieties of biryanis and curries for guests to explore.
The festival also features a buffet priced at Rs 599 per person, making it an attractive opportunity for families and food lovers to experience a wide range of specially curated dishes under one roof.
