One of the teachers of the school, Leena D’silva had approached KORWA Committee and submitted an appeal to help her school children who are all from poor families. Hence, the KORWA committee had decided to help the children in any possible way. The committee had given each child a school bag, one steel plate and a cup.

The Headmistress of the school Irene Sequeira in her speech, thanked all the members of KORWA for their wonderful social work towards those who are in need. She was very happy to see that in a very short period after she had submitted her appeal, the KORWA members served her and the children great help. She encouraged the children to follow the footsteps of the KORWA committee as they grow up with a helpful heart.

All the children of the school from classes 1-7 were very happy. The members of the KORWA committee, in seeing the smiling faces of the beautiful children were also very pleased. The Committee blessed the children and wished them best for their academic year.
