Rons Bantwal for Daijiworld Media Network – Mumbai (AF)

Mumbai, Apr 5: Karnataka chief minister H D Kumaraswamy was in the city to participate in the annual get-together of the Bunts Sangha held at the Radhabai Bhandary Hall of Bunts Bhavan, Kurla (east) here recently.

Veteran hotelier and owner of Hotel Leela Annayya K Shetty, owner of Hotel Krishna Palace Krishna Y Shetty, K D Shetty of Bhavani Logistics, Prabhakar J Shetty of Eastwell Group of Companies and other achievers who have lent their services to the Association were felicitated by Kumaraswamy on the occasion.

Mayor Dr Shubha Raul who was the guest of honour inaugurated the programme. International Kabaddi player Gaurav J Shetty, owner of Hotel Twins Myna S Shetty, Gangadhar Shetty of Om Sai Motors and others were honoured by Dr Raul.












Kumaraswamy and Dr Raul were honoured by Association president Dr P V Shetty and vice-president Aikala Harish Shetty.

Dr P V Shetty in his presidential speech elaborated the achievements and services of the association since its inception.

Aikala Harish Shetty, honorary joint secretary Jaya A Shetty, joint treasurer Dr Prabhakar Shetty B, education committee working president Karnire Vishwanath Shetty, ladies wing president Sujaya R Shetty, youth wing president Anil Kumar and other office-bearers were present on the dais.
