Mumbai, Oct 9: Reports have it that Aamir Khan and other Bollywood celebrities have been approached to give some filmi gyan to the students of the top management institute IIM-Ahmedabad.

In the times when several corporate houses are venturing into film production business, it makes sense to introduce the students of management to the nitty-gritty of the film industry. Therefore, IIM-A is beginning a new course on ‘Introduction to Contemporary Film Industry’ for its students.

The premier institute has reportedly approached several celebrities to be on the visiting faculty to teach the students the production, economics and the marketing aspect of the film industry.

Reportedly, Karan Johar , Ram Gopal Varma , Mahesh Bhatt , Madhur Bhandarkar , Kamal Haasan and Vidhu Vinod Chopra have already been approached.

And there is a strong chance that Aamir Khan and Shahrukh Khan – both of who run their respective production houses besides acting in films – might also be on the panel of the visiting professors to the institute.
