Asiad 2018: Dattu Bhokanal finishes sixth in men's single sculls final


Jakarta, Aug 23 (IANS): Indian rower Dattu Bhokanal missed a medal in the men's single sculls competition of the 2018 Asian Games here on Thursday.

The 27-year-old did get off to a good start and after a timing of 8.28.56 minutes, Dattu found the sixth spot in the finals.

China's Liang Zhang clinched gold after timing 7.25.36 minutes, while South Korea's Dongyong Kim and Japan's Ryuta Arakawa bagged silver and bronze respectively.
