Udupi, Jan 13: The health condition of K K Pai, registrar of Manipal Academy of General Education and ex-chairman of Syndicate Bank, has turned critical. He is undergoing treatment at Manipal Kasturba Hospital.

He was admitted into the hospital after developing health complications, 12 days ago.
