Mangalore, Feb 9: The five  people arrested for harassing the daughter of Kerala MLA Kunhambu were remanded to a day's police custody on Monday February 9. 

The police from Pandeswar police station produced the five accused before second additional chief judicial magistrate A N Pattan. The judge remanded them to police custody till 3 pm on Tuesday February 10.








The accused were  on Saturday February 7, produced before the judge at his residence and were remanded to police custody till Monday.  

At the time of producing them in court, Kariyappa Shetty, father of Satish, one of the accusedtold the media that his son does not belong to any organization.
