Udupi, Feb 10: Mohammed Ismail Palimar, entrepreneur and a resident of Kote near here, has been appointed as the district president of JD (S) minority unit. 

Mohammed Ismail Palimar was appointed on the basis of recommendation made by the JD (S) district president Deviprasad Shetty.
