Mangalore: Assaulters of MLA's Daughter Remanded to Judicial Custody

Mangalore, Feb 10: The five arrested for assaulting Kerala MLA Kunhambu's daughter, have been remanded to judicial custody of 14 days beginning Tuesday February 10.

The second additional principal judge A N Pattan ordered this after hearing the arguments by the lawyers on Tuesday.

The judge also gave two days time for identification process of the accused.

The five were produced before the judge on Saturday February 7 and remanded to police custody till Monday February 9 when they were produced in court. On Monday they were remanded to police custody for yet another day.
