Bangalore: Mutalik's Retort: Saris as Return Gift to Chaddis

TNN

Bangalore, Feb 11: Rashtriya Hindu Sena president Pramod Mutalik is ready with his return gift. It will be saris as gifts to women who plan to present him with pink chaddis as a campaign against his opposition to celebration of V-Day. Mutalik told TOI that RHS’s Mahila Sena had already collected 150 saris. “The move of some women to present pink chaddis reflects their mindset.’’

A consortium of ‘Pub-Going, Loose and Forward Women’ has decided to courier pink chaddis to Sri Rama Sene offices. “Instead of speaking at such baser levels on the issue of Indian culture I have raised, it will be better for them to debate the issue at the ideological level. I’m prepared for that. Let there be a discussion across the table,’’ he said.

Mutalik said he will be in Belgaum and Dharwad on Valentine’s Day. But his men will be snooping around the state to look for couples courting. Perhaps, realizing that getting someone forcibly married attracts legal action, he said: “We will hand over the couples to their parents or to the police.’’

Well said Ms Lydia Lobo. These goons must be given pink bangles to wear and pink bras. They must be paraded all over Mangalore and Udupi. All women must unite and brash these evil guys so that even in dreams they should think of such things in the future.

Women in Mangalore must 'Gherao' these activists, strip them and parade them in pink chaddis. Never again should they come to our affairs. We know to earn our livehood and live our life. We are not jobless-street-mongers like them !
