Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Jun 17: In an incident which happened within the limits of Annapoorneshwari Nagar police station limits, two brothers were killed in a savage manner.  Both the bodies which were decomposed were found lying together.

The deceased, Sahadeva (27) and Raghuswamy (29) were from Kalyana Nagar here. They were construction workers. The police suspect that their elder brother, who lived with them and whose name is not known as yet, would have committed this act.

Sahadeva, Raghusway and their elder brother lived together in a room in the building. The murder, the police believe, would have happened after the brothers fought among themselves over some issue. The two brothers were found to have become victims of brutal attack followed by a boulder having been dropped over their skulls. The police have reasons to believe that these murders would have happened in an inebriated state. The suspect is absconding.

The mortal remains have been sent for postmortem and the exact cause of death would be known only after the report is received. On the basis of the complaint filed by distant relatives of the deceased, a case has been registered.
