Mangalore Oct 8: Haji H M Ashraf has been elected as the chief organizer of DK District Congress Sevadal.

The decision has been taken as per the instructions of Mahendra Joshi, chief organizer of All India Congress Sevadal and Bheemashankar V H, chief organizer of State Congress Sevadal, a press release stated.
