Gadag, Oct 9: State health and family welfare minister, B Sriramulu, announced here on Friday October 8, that he is ready for any sacrifice to save the present BJP government in the state.
“If I am asked to resign in the interests of the party and the government, I am ever prepared to tender my resignation from my ministerial berth. I will hand over my resignation letter the moment the Chief Minister asks for it,” he declared, addressing a press conference here.
He said that it is but natural for young leaders to nurse aspirations of becoming ministers. “I have already become a minister twice. Hence, I am ready to vacate my seat for newcomers. I have even in the past, offered to quit. I stand by my earlier offer,” he stated.
