Mangalore: Strict Action Against Unauthorized Use of Vehicles

Mangalore Oct 10: In a release, RTO Department has warned the owners of light vehicles of canceling their licenses in case they rent their vehicles for commercial purpose which is illegal.

There have been complaints that some people have been using their vehicles to transport school children without the due permission for operating as ‘education institution vehicles’.

A school bus permit will be issued only to vehicles registered in the name of the respective educational institution. Firm actions will be taken against lawbreakers, stated in the release.
