A ban isfine and its a very wise descision. But what about an alternative? Has that been suggested? What about the bulk stock of plastics which most of the temples already have? Do they have to dump it somewhere?

A very good decision by the minister.Plastic disposable items such as bags, cups, mineral water bottles have become a great threat to nature earth and direct bearing on human life.If this is not controlled in letter and siprit life will become miserable.Hence menace needs to be addressed immedietly by all.Minister should also initiate dialoge with NGOs,social organisations to join hands to make head way in the matter.Worst effected places are tourist centres and pilgrimage places.Sri Palemar desrves appriciation for the initiation.
