Bantwal: Ground breaking for Rs 28.5 cr worth works by rural development department

Bantwal, Aug 22: MLA Rajesh Naik will be laying the foundation stone for 231 works at a cost of Rs 28.5 crore by the department of rural development and 22 road works at a cost of Rs 73.75 crore by the PWD.

Rs 40 lacs worth drainage works behind Polali temple, Rs 10 lac worth work for Polali road development and Rs 28 crore worth road under department of rural development are the other works.

Other projects that will come up are Moolarapatna – Sornadu road, Garuda Mahakali temple road, Rai-Annalike road, Manihala-Sarapady- Baja road, Sarapadi – Perla-Beyapade road, Kuntalapalke – Uli Road, Marnavaily – Manchi Salethur road, Melkar – Marnakatte road and Bollai – Kanchila – Manchi road.

Other road works that will come up are Sadashiva temple road, Kalladka – Bondala Mahaganapathi temple road, Kodapadav – Mangal Padav road, Mada road, Sedakaru – Kakkemajalu – Kapikad road, Narikombu – Dasakodi road and Benjanapadav – Pilibottu road, said the MLA.
