Udupi: Police raid late night DJ party, confiscate instruments

Udupi, Feb 27: Mahesh, police sub inspector, attached to Udupi city police station who was on rounds, raided the residence of Sharath, who was playing loud DJ music without permission at about 1.45 am in his yard on Monday, February 27 after erecting a shamiana.

He was carrying on playing music and dancing till 2 am. The police have confiscated Pearl 1024B Light Controller-1, DJ Controller-1, Sound Controller – 1 and a black sound box from the spot.

A police case under registration No. 29/2023 109 KP Act is registered at Udupi city police station in this connection.
