Kundapur: Foundation stone laid for Dr Ambedkar residential school

Kundapur, Mar 3: Byndoor MLA Sukumar Shetty announced that the Byndoor legislative constituency is on the path towards comprehensive development.

He was speaking after laying the foundation stone for Dr B R Ambedkar Residential School in Sauda, Shankaranarayana village, on Friday, March 3, at a cost of Rs 24.95 crore.

Shetty went on to add that development works worth Rs 3000 crore have already been completed in the Byndoor legislative constituency. The project to provide drinking water to every household is currently underway, along with the construction of houses for 2000 families, and the provision of electricity for every household. In addition, Vented dam and road development have also been completed.

Anita Madloor, Raghavendra Varnekar, Poornima, Geeta Mogaveera, Ravi Kulal, and Pandu Naik were present at the event.

The gathering was welcomed by Prakash Shetty, and Ravi Kulal proposed a vote of thanks.
