Mangaluru: Sathish Kumpala is unanimous BJP candidate from city – Santhosh Kumar Rai Boliar

Mangaluru, April 12: “There are no differences in the candidature of BJP for Mangaluru. Sathish Kumpala is our unanimous candidate. Making him win with the highest number of votes and defeating Congress is the sole aim of Mangaluru mandala BJP,” said district BJP vice-president Santhosh Kumar Boliar.

He was addressing journalists here at Mudipu BJP office on Wednesday, April 12.

“Nearly a thousand activists came to my house yard with the disappointment of not getting the ticket. Though they wanted to protest, I pacified them,” he said.

“We have competed with Congress, securing more than 61,000 votes last time. However we lost as minority votes were more in number. We are working day and night for the victory of our candidate Sathish Kumpala. We had inaugurated the election office in the presence of the state president two years ago and conducted pro-society works. The BJP candidate from Mangaluru should enter Vidhana Soudha at least once,” he said.

Candidate Sathish Kumpala, Mangaluru mandala BJP president Chandrahas Pandith House, Ravindra Shetty Ulidottu, Anil Das, Jayashree Karkera, Hemanth Shetty Deralakatte, Navin Padalpady, Yashwanth Ameen, Vistaraka Madhusoodan, Anand Shetty Bhatnagar, Ravishanker Someshwar, Ganesh Suvarna and others were present.
