Kundapur, April 13: Congress candidate for Kundapura Vidhana Sabha constituency, Molahalli Dinesh Hegde filed his nomination paper at the taluk election officer's office on April 13.

Dinesh Hegde said it is going to be easy for him this time to romp home as the BJP MLA Haladi Srinivas Shetty is not contesting. “The environment in the constituency is good. We will face elections under the guidance of Pratapchandra Shetty,” he said.

Kundapura block president Hariprasad Shetty Kanmakki, Kota block president Shanker Kunder and others were present.
