Four nomination papers submitted in Udupi district on first day

Udupi, Apr 13: Four nomination papers were submitted in Udupi district on the first day of nomination papers for the Assembly General Election 2023.

Kiran Kumar Kodgi of Bharatiya Janata Party and Dinesh of Congress filed their nomination papers for Kundapur Assembly Constituency (119).

Ramdas Bhat of Karnataka Rashtriya Samiti Party filed his nomination paper for Udupi Assembly Constituency (120 ). V Sunil Kumar from BJP, submitted his nomination paper for Karkala Assembly Constituency (122 ). However, no nomination papers were filed for Kaup and Byndoor assembly constituencies.

The deadline for submission of nomination papers is April 20, while the scrutiny of nomination papers will take place on April 21.

The last date for withdrawal of nomination papers is April 24.
