Udupi, Apr 16: The new media office of the Udupi district BJP was inaugurated on Sunday, April 16 in Kadiyali.

Kota Srinivas Poojary, Minister Kuilady Suresh Nayak, District BJP President Vijay Gupta, and MLA Rohini constituency, Delhi, inaugurated the new office.

Speaking to reporters, Kuilady Suresh Nayak said, "The BJP has finalized all five candidates for Udupi district, and nomination filing will take place in the next two days. We are confident that the BJP will win all five constituencies in Udupi. The people have responded positively to the programs of the central and state governments and the development programs by the MLA. Although the Congress Party has started making false allegations, the people have supported the BJP in everything. By taking note of the current environment in Udupi, we hope that the BJP will win all five seats."

Kota Srinivas Poojary added, "In the Byndoor constituency, Gururaj Gantihole has been given a ticket. MLA Sukumar Shetty was also an aspirant, and we believe that they both will work together for the elections. The Congress is claiming that if they come to power, they will abolish the bill banning cow slaughter and the anti-conversion bill. The people of the state are closely monitoring these developments. The anti-cow slaughter bill was brought with due respect to the people, and proposing to abolish it reveals the true face of the Congress Party. The anti-conversion bill does not target any religion or caste, but action will be taken against forceful conversion. This makes it clear that the Congress is promoting conversion by cheating. We hope that the people take note of this. There is a feeling that PFI and SDPI are involved in terrorist and murder activities across the state, and the Siddaramaiah government has encouraged them. Congress promoted them by withdrawing the cases against more than 1700 accusations of terrorism and bombing. We want the people to know that the Congress is resorting to such cheap tricks to gain power."

Udupi MLA Raghupathi Bhat, Delhi MLA Vijaykumar Gupta, Udupi Assembly candidate Yashpal Suvarna, Mangalore Division incharge Udaykumar Shetty, Mattar Rathnakar Hegde, and Pramodh Madhwaraj were present on the occasion.
