Udupi, Apr 18: KPCC president D K Shivakumar has appointed Congress leader Kishan Hegde Kolkebail as the working president of Udupi district Congress.

Kishan Hegde Kolkebailu was the ticket aspirant for the Vidhan Sabha elections, Kundapur constituency.

The appointment order directs to undertake the responsibility and commence work immediately under the guidance of KPCC, district Congress and local leaders.
