Belthangadi, April 28: Congress candidate Rakshit Shivaram has been conducting an intense election campaign in the rural area here.

Voters have been responding positively to Rakshit Shivaram who has been going about as if he was moving with wheels on his feet.

He campaigned at Thekkar, Barya, Ilantila, Karaya and Tannirpantha gramas. Local Congress party leaders and activists accompanied him on the trail throughout.
