Udupi: N Bhavanishankar’s Kannada Book on Car Driving, Maintenance Released

Udupi, Sep 23: A Kannada book on car driving and maintenance, authored by N Bhavanishankar, Kannada lecturer of St Mary’s College, Shirva, was released in a simple function held at the college auditorium here on Wednesday September 21.
 
M Divakar Shetty, lecturer, Niranjanaswamy Polytechnic, Bajpe, released the book authored.


 

Speaking on the occasion, Divakar Shetty said that it was the first book in Kannada on car driving and maintenance by the author and has all information related to driving skills, traffic signals, preparing for the driving test, engine, and its maintenance.  “He has used nearly 300 pictures to explain the points,” said Shetty.
 
Dr Padmanabha Bhat was also present during the programme. Professor Gopalakrishna Samaga proposed the vote of thanks.  Ashwin Lawrence Cornelio compered the programme.
